How far in advance should we reserve a date?
In most cases I'm willing to do a same-day session if I am available. Regardless, the most convenient window would be at least 3 days before the session date.

Do you require a retainer or full payment up front?
Each tier has a retainer of a certain percentage of the total. The retainer amounts for each tier are Tier 1: $40, Tier 2: $100, and Tier 3: $180.
What's your reschedule / cancel policy?
As long as the retainer is fully paid the customer has the right to cancel at any point before the day of the shoot. Reschedules are permitted until the day before shooting.
We feel awkward - will you pose us or keep it candid?
I like to chat with my clients to help them feel comfortable and natural. If that is not preferred, I can also give posing instruction that still feels natural.
Do we need a permit for that place?
Certain areas do require permits to photograph in those specific places. Luckily most only involve situations with 10 or more people.
Can we bring our pets?
This will mostly be dependent on the area you choose for your photoshoot, because I would love to have your pets join us.
What if we need the photos tomorrow - do you offer rush delivery?
I do, as an add-on, although in most cases it won't take more than 3 days on photo returns.
